Ronald and Bonnie Plybon started farming S&P Farm at the beginning of their marriage. Their grandson, Devon Selbee, joined the operation and is the fourth generation on the farm. Ronald and Devon partner in running the operation.
S&P is a Century Farm awardee, which means the farm has been in the Plybon family for at least 100 years.
Devon’s daytime job is as a law enforcement officer and farms on the weekends and evenings alongside his wife, Kirstin. S&P Farm donates ground beef to the Farmers for the Hungry initiative through the Huntington City Mission, which donates food to low-income and homeless individuals.
