THE MECKLEY FAMILY
The Meckley Family farms an Angus farm and a commercial cow-calf operation in Sistersville, WV.
Gerald and Rebecca started the farm when they moved to the area in 1985; cattle and agriculture have always been in their lives. Meckley Farms is the definition of a family-run farm, with all the children and grandchildren taking active roles in the decision-making and operations of the farm. Gerald and Rebecca have four children; Shaun, Todd, Sarah and Anna. Todd and his wife Jamie have a daughter Avalyn and oldest brother Shaun and wife Carrie have two sons, Jameus and Xavier. Sarah and Mario have a son Siah. That makes up the 3rd generation. They are all accommodating with the operation and decisions on the farm.
